Vf3i Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the vf3i platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vf3i platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use vf3i's services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and vf3i as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The vf3i platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users who register by providing false age information will have their accounts closed immediately with no compensation.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the vf3i platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, active email address, and valid phone number. vf3i reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with our anti-fraud policies.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. vf3i will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a vf3i platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. The following are prohibited:
- Using any software, bot, or automated script to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the vf3i platform.
- Sharing or selling your account to a third party.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
- Sending threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful content to other users or vf3i staff.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the vf3i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). vf3i does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is solely the user's responsibility.
Successful deposits are credited to your gaming account and can be used to join any available games or bets. Withdrawals may be made subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is as specified in your account section.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's VIP tier.
- Vf3i reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraud until an investigation is completed.
Any bonuses or promotions received are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
Vf3i provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions or errors. vf3i is not liable for any losses arising from:
- Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
- Loss of account access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
- Game or betting outcomes that the user considers unsatisfactory.
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure: vf3i reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any user account without notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. Where a suspension is confirmed to involve a breach, the account balance may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the vf3i support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the vf3i platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of vf3i and is protected by intellectual property laws in force in Malaysia. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from vf3i.
Third-Party Links
The vf3i platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. vf3i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Visiting third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms
Vf3i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under applicable Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to the vf3i platform.
